Sour Cream Cheese Potatoes
1 large onion
4 Tbsp Butter
1 lrg pkg frozen hash brown potatoes
2 C Shredded Cheese + grated cheese for top
2 C Sour Cream
1 or 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
Cut onion and microwave with butter for 2 minutes. Combine hash browns and cheese in pan and set aside. In separate bowl mix together sour cream, Cream of Chicken Soup and Onions with butter. Mix well. Pour over potatoes and cheese. Combine all ingredients well and pour into a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top. Cover with aluminum foil
Bake at 350 for 1 hour. During last 10 minutes remove foil to crisp up top.
