Candy Corn Cupcakes

I found these on Pinterest....and they are DELICIOUS!!!! Find the recipe HERE

Oh and if you go get that big tip so you can frost your cupcakes, make sure you buy the coupler too, cuz you won't be able to use it if you don't. {just speaking from experience!}

Autumn Chopped Salad

I have made this twice in the last week and I LOVE it. It's so yummy.....

Autumn Chopped Salad

(Printable Recipe)

Ingredients
6 to 8 cups chopped romaine lettuce
2 medium pears, chopped
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup chopped pecans
8 slices thick-cut bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
4 to 6 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
Poppy seed Salad Dressing (I like T. Marzetti)
Balsamic Vinaigrette (I like Newman's Own Light Balsamic Vinaigrette)
*optional: Ditalini Pasta {I added about 2 C cooked pasta to my salad}

Instructions
Combine the lettuce, pears, cranberries, pecans, bacon and feta cheese. Drizzle generously with poppy seed dressing, followed by some of the balsamic vinaigrette. (I would estimate that I used about a cup of dressing: 70 percent poppy seed dressing and 30 percent balsamic vinaigrette) If you prefer your salad to have more dressing, feel free to experiment with the combination.

Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls

YES! They are as good as they sound!!!!

Amy found the original recipe on Pinterest, it is HERE. I like the instruction HERE better.

So then, I adapted it and made them into Cinnamon Rolls. I just rolled them out like cinnamon rolls after I had made the bread dough.

I followed the recipe exactly EXCEPT I used brown sugar instead of white sugar on the filling.  It's kindof a long recipe, but it's really easy once you start making them. Believe me, they are To. Die. For.

I didn't use rum in the glaze, I just used vanilla and I used more than it called for. About 1 tsp.

I also frosted some of the cinnamon rolls with the Brown Sugar Frosting from the last post. HERE.
