I was making chocolate mousse for a friend for dinner...but when I opened the sweetened condensed milk it was very sweetened...it was a block of carmel...I didn't have time to, nor did I want to, run to the store...so I mixed up the chocolate pudding, added a little cool whip to make it smooth and creamy and poured it into this pie crust. (thank goodness that was in my pantry!).
I sprinkled chopped up chocolate on top and poured on chocolate syrup (just to make it look fancy!) I don't know how it tasted, but it sure looks good!
